Wins Tracker - Help

Tracking your eBay wins is easier than you thought with AuctionSniper's Wins Tracker!!

To get to your Wins Tracker, sign in at AuctionSniper and click on the Wins Tab. The first time you go to our Wins Tracker, we import all your wins, this process can take a couple minutes, so please be patient. Once the wins are imported, you can start viewing and editing your wins information.

The initial page will be something like this:

Below you will find all you need to know about our Wins Tracker service and its functionality.

View and Edit

Click this button to view and edit specific information about your wins, including feedback, payment method, date of payment, date received and your seller information. Notice that the Feedback information is automatically retrieved from eBay.

Leave Feedback

When you are ready to rate your seller, just click the click "Leave Feedback" button, select the type of rating and the comment you would like to leave, click the leave feedback button and that's it!!! For your convenience we stored your comments so you can select them in the future.

Update Wins Info

Use this button when you think there is information missing on your wins that we should be able to get from eBay, such as: seller email address or rating, or feedback received or left. Notice that only the information from the wins checked will get updated.

Import My Wins

If you recently won an item and is not showing in your wins, click the "Import My Wins" button and we will reach eBay and import your wins

Archive

This is a section that we have created for you to move the wins that you no longer want to track. To move your wins to your Archive, just select them, select "Archive" in the dropdown and click the "Move To" button. To access your Archive wins, simply click on the "Archive" link in the submenu.

Summary

Click the "View & Edit" button to edit information from any particular win; Click the "Update Wins Info" to update your selected wins information. If you recently won an item and is not on your list you can click the "Import My Wins" button. You can also move your old wins to your personal Archive. Finally, to check your archive, just click on "Archive" in the submenu.
